THE PLOT:
A huge creature emerges out of a mountain, the once believed exsinct breed of dinosaur called the Yongary. Now the creature
is rampaging over the South Korea country side.(Too bad they couldn't find a way to sick him on North Korea.)
Anyway, a young boy, his sister and a scientist who has been dating her have to find a way to stop the flaming throwing
menace Yongary and save South Korea and the world from certain destruction.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
The plot was a little thin and it left us asking questions. Where did Yongary come from, why emerge now. Things like that.
The characters were a tad thin as well. The dubbing was pretty good. My biggest complaint is the Cinematography. In one
scene Yongary is attacking a military helicopter with flames and the camera angle should the pipe that was really firing the
flames, so unless Yongary was a cyborg. That was a major goof. I give Yongary....8 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with what Zedd said about Yongary and sadly this is the best movie to come out of South Korea. It's only as good
as it is because of Japanese Influence. Now don't go e-mailing me hate mail saying "You're a bigot." For one thing
I am not a bigot and secondly I calls them as I sees them. I've seen several movies from South Korea and this is the best
they've done so far. I hope they getting their story tellers working harder and prove me wrong. I give this 6 STARS

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (- HITS):
+ CREATURE EFFECTS (Yongary is one cool monster from the deep)
+ STORY (The story is a little thin, but it works)
+ EFFECTS (For the most part, the effects were impressive)
+ MODEL WORK (The model work was impressive)
+ DUBBING (The American voice over actors did a great job)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- CINEMATOGRAPHY (The cinematography was bad, it destroyed the flame throwing effect.)
- THIN (The characters and plot were a little on the thin side.)
- SOUTH KOREA (Yongary is the best movie made in South Korea. Try to change that. Another example "APE")
AND FIANLLY....
- FAN BASED (If you aren't big on giant monsters, this isn't for you.)
